The shipments are sent with GLS and every package can be tracked with a Track & Trace code. Delivery of Flightcases and Construction Kits within ten working days. If it concerns an order with Flightcase parts exclusively, delivery within two days is possible.

Your order on Casebuilder.com can be followed with the Track & Trace tool from the moment that the order is placed. You need to fill in a postal code and a reference number of our order to be able to view the (current) status of your order with the Track & Trace tool. You can also make use of the link in the conformation e-mail of your order.

After we received your order and payment, your order will be taken into production right away. From that moment on it is possible to see the status of your order within the production and expedition process.

As soon as your order is picked up from the production location by the transporter, you will be informed about this by e-mail. This e-mail will say whether your order was sent as a pallet or package. The way of shipment depends on the model, number and size of the ordered articles and/or flightcases. If your order is sent as a package or packages, you will receive a link to the website of the transporter in your e-mail. On this site you can keep track of the status of your order.
