Rack case with double lids

A rack case with a double lid is a flight case with a removable front and back lid. The middle part is the so-called tunnel. The depth and width of the tunnel are both adjustable in the case builder. A standard width for a rack case is 19”. A lot of build in equipment characterised itself because of this size (48,25 cm). To be able to mount the equipment in the rack case, but also the HE slides, HE plateaus and HE front plates, the flight case can be provided with a rack profile in combination with a cage nut set. When wheels are placed under the rack case, then these are mounted with jack nuts to wheel plate of 15 mm black painted birch wood. The wheel plate is of equal sizes the rack profile, including the lids. This way, a lid can be removed or placed back easily.
